Right to Work have reported that at least 35 coaches have been booked in Birmingham to go to the national demonstration for the alternative, called by TUC, in London on March 26th.
This demonstration is likely to be one of the largest seen in the UK, the TUC are talking about 200,000 people but we expect it to be much larger. Whether it will be bigger than the Stop The War march in 2003 is yet to be seen, but we certainly hope so.
The demonstration assembles at 11am on Victoria Embankment, and marches to Hyde Park for a rally. There are shorter routes for those unable to march the full route. Full details of the demonstration can be found on the official TUC website

Before that on the 23rd of March – budget day – we will be holding a demonstration from 5pm-6:45pm at the Government Offices for the West Midlands, see this post or the facebook event for more details.
