Cotteridge OAPs’ day centre facing bleak future.

The Birmingham Mail reported on Cotteridge OAPs’ day centre, which will have it’s £68,000/year grant from Birmingham City Council axed as part of the ConDem cuts, to be voted on at the council meeting on Tuesday 1st March.

Stirchley and Cotteridge Against the Cuts are holding a public meeting on Wed. 23rd February, at 19:30pm at Cotteridge Church, where the day centre is held, to discuss the closure of the day centre, and the possible closure of Cotteridge neighbourhood centre.
